ClipperCreek: New charging upgrades are here

Clipper Creek brings new power and speed to electric vehicle charging with the introduction of two new products.

The newest projects from ClipperCreek, a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial electric vehicle supply equipment, are bringing more power and speed to the company’s residential line of electric vehicle charging stations.

Included are the HCS-D40, with two connections able to charge two vehicles simultaneously, and the AmazingE FAST, a Level 2 charger that offers speeds that are up to seven times faster than a Level 1 charging station.

The company has stated that the HCS-D40, that automatically splits power between two vehicles based on the requests made from each vehicle, have become popular with customers who have previously owned a ClipperCreek station but who now operate two or more EV’s. Many have taken advantage of ClipperCreek’s trade-in program.

In addition, the product is eligible for several popular rebate and incentive opportunities.

The compact AmazingE FAST allows plug-in vehicle owners to recover up to 30 miles of range per hour. 

“The plug-in version is travel-friendly at just under 8 pounds and less than 14 inches long,” said Amanda Lance, Inside Sales Manager at ClipperCreek. “The hardwired option is easily installed by an electrician in a matter of minutes once the branch circuit is ready,”
