Announcing Your New EVA Board Members!

We're excited to announce the results of our recent board elections. With the majority of votes received, we’re proud to introduce two new talented individuals who will help lead EVA into the future. They both bring a wealth of experience and passion to the table, and we're confident they will make a significant impact in shaping the future of EVA’s efforts to accelerate the adoption of EVs.

Meet Your New Board Members

Elvia Thompson: We’re excited to be joined by Elvia Thompson on the 2025 EVA Board. Thompson’s nationwide EV advocacy experience will be a substantial benefit at the national level. She is particularly interested in forging strong partnerships as she has done previously for her local chapters in Hawai’i and in the DC area. With expertise in community outreach, writing, graphic design, and a passion for electric driving, the EVA board is looking forward to her contributions to make the EVA even better. As the incoming federal administration presents challenges, she believes it is necessary to work diligently to promote electric driving for planetary, health, and financial benefits.

Andy Fraser: We are pleased to welcome Andy Fraser onto the 2025 national board. Andy is a seasoned member of the EVADC and one of their most active members. Andy has worked with the local government to propose regulations allowing chargers in the right-of-way for EV owners that do not have a charging solution. Andy has worked on other state EV policies and has served on a number of other boards over the years. The EVA board is looking forward to Andy’s contribution to support our mission and our chapters.

A Bright Future Ahead

We encourage all members to extend a warm welcome to our new board members. Their expertise and dedication will be invaluable as we work together to achieve our goals. Thank you to all that applied and we encourage everyone to continue to participate with the EVA for local, state, and national campaigns.
